1.1 Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
1.2 Payment must be made via our approved payment system.
1.3 We reserve the right to refuse bookings.

2.1 Cancellations made more than 7 calendar days before the workshop date are eligible for refund minus payment processing fees.

2.2 No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 calendar days of the workshop.

2.3 Non-attendance is treated as a late cancellation and is non-refundable.

2.4 Transfers to a future date may be offered at our discretion but are not guaranteed.

3.1 We may amend dates, venues or facilitators if necessary.

3.2 If we cancel a workshop, participants will receive a full refund or transfer option.

We are not liable for travel or accommodation costs.

Workshops are educational and developmental in nature and do not constitute therapy, counselling or medical advice.

Participants are responsible for their own wellbeing.

Disruptive behaviour may result in removal without refund.

All materials remain the property of Base Retreats and may not be reproduced without written consent.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing excludes liability for death, personal injury due to negligence, fraud or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
